Trey Moses Ready for Big Year

Trey Moses a 6'8 235 pound 2015 Center out of Eastern High School is ready for a breakout junior season. Moses did not play a whole lot for the Eagles a year ago, but coming off a strong Summer Moses is expected to contribute mightily this coming season.
At 6'8" Moses has a well developed jump shot that he consistently makes out to three point range. He is also extremely strong and carves out space really well down low when rebounding. His strength often allows him to bully defenders as he posts them up, which gets him easy looks near the basket.

Moses still has a ways to go with his quickness and jumping. When defending smaller players on the perimeter this weekend he got blown by a few times, but he always found a way to alter or often block the shot from behind. He is planning to work on his quickness and jumping ability before the season starts with resistance training, box jumps, etc. He also wants to add more muscle while maintaining the same weight.
Trey is hearing from Georgia State, Evansville and Bellarmine. With Georgia State showing a lot of serious interest according to Next Level Retros coach Richard Duncan. Trey has no plans to visit any of those schools at this point.
Trey also mentioned that he has high expectations for this coming high school season, despite most believing Eastern will struggle this year. "I think we'll be better just because we have team chemistry this year, we didn't have that last year." He'll have help from 2014 guards Austin Howard and Bryce Byrd (Pleasure Ridge Park transfer) and 2015 wing Cameron Reed among others. He also mentioned that he had some personal goals for the upcoming season. "I'm just trying to do whatever it takes for the team to win."
Trey definitely has a bright future and I expect he'll be making a lot of noise in the 7th Region the next two years.
