What's going on. Me and the team are up here at KBA, in Lexington. The team is looking really good, everybody is Playing well. We are all playing as a team, making plays and doing business when it needs to be done.
The first day has looked really good. Just gotta bring that same intensity we had the first day to Day 2.
On day 2 the first two games everyone was executing all elements of the game very well. Passing, shooting and defense was great.
Then it came to the championship game, due to our lack of defense and us not playing with our level of intensity it cost us the game we could have easily won.
Nobody likes losing, especially me. Next weekend at AAU State we have to bring it. Everyone has to bring all they got. It's all on the line now. We all gotta get In the gym and put the work in too be champions.
The Derby State Thoroughbreds next event is April 12-14th at the KY AAU State tournament in Lexington, KY.
