Class AA Power Rankings | | last sorted on 10/20/2014

Based from a poll that was voted on by: Alex Davis (Kentucky Preps), Zach Greenwell (Bowling Green Daily Times), Aaron Snyder (The Independent), Kevin Patton (Henderson Gleaner), Mike Stunson (Paducah Sun) and Joe Mathis (Hometown Radio) to begin the season. Now a power ranking.
1Caldwell CountyPrinceton8-01
Caldwell got its revenge on Murray, who knocked it from the playoffs last year. While you can't look past games, the Tigers end-of-season matchup with Mayfield will be a good gauge on their readiness for the playoffs.
2Christian Academy-LouisvilleLouisville9-03
After defeating DeSales, Christian Academy now sits at No. 2. Although if they want to make a run at state the Colts will likely stand in their way.
3Owensboro CatholicOwensboro8-14
With only one loss to a tough Owensboro team, Owensboro Catholic is somewhat flying under the radar. The Aces might be as good as any in 2A.
4De SalesLouisville7-12
Colts drop one to district rival CAL. DeSales may not be as good as once thought suffering its first shut out since 2010.
5Newport Central CatholicNewport3-45
Newport Central Catholic's winning streak now stands at three. One more win until .500 and a regular season finale against Beechwood for a shot at finishing with a winning record, for the Thoroughbreds.
