During the off-season of Kentucky High School Hoops, the best of the best team up to represent Kentucky on AAU teams. KenutckyPrep.com will be bringing you an inside look into some of the State's best AAU teams. 8 different players (2 from each of the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 classes) will be compiling AAU diaries during the 2013 AAU season.
2015 Ballard F Corey Douglas will be on of the players compiling a diary. Douglas plays for Next Level out of Louisville.

This past weekend I played in the bearcat classic. My team (Next level) won the 16u division.
We played three games of pool play and we won all three. On Saturday we played the Shining Stars who we beat by 3 and NC bullets. We played our third pool play game on Sunday and we played SMAC. The second two games were not as competitive as the first.
The tournament started on Sunday and we had to play two games to make to the championships, that was going to be a total of 4 games. We won the first game against the Shining Stars other team then Dayton Metro by 3.
We played SMAC's other team in the championship. We trailed at the beginning of the game 17-4 but momentum change when I dunked an ally oop.
By halftime we were down by two and we took the lead within 2 minutes of the start of the second half.
Then the game started falling our way. We won by 5. This weekend was great for us we won another tournament and bonded more as a team! Cant wait till this weekend we play in Indianapolis! Well thats it for now.
