Huge visit weekend at hand

It would be very difficult to come up with a bigger recruiting weekend in recent memory for the Ohio State football program. Approximately 70 prospects are expected on campus this weekend for the rivalry showdown with Michigan and the list is loaded with big names.

In the 2013 class, many of Ohio State's key remaining targets will be visiting, including the likes of Louisville (Ky.) Trinity four-star wide receiver James Quick, Cleveland Heights (Ohio) four-star wide receiver Shelton Gibson, Jacksonville (Fla.) First Coast four-star linebacker Daniel McMillian, Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville athlete Christopher Worley, Shaker Heights (Ohio) two-way lineman Donovan Munger. Massillon (Ohio) Washington athlete Gareon Conley, and Lawrenceville (Ga.) Central Gwinnett linebacker Trey Johnson.

Additionally, well over half of the current Ohio State commit list for the 2013 class will be in Columbus this weekend, with a handful of the commits making this weekend their official visits.

The list of names may be even more impressive in the 2014 class where two of the 10 early Rivals.com five-stars are going to be in 'The Shoe' in Woodbridge (Va.) defensive end Da'Shawn Hand and Hinesville (Ga.) Liberty County linebacker Raekwon McMillan.

The list of big name juniors doesn't end with those two, however, as early four-stars such as Hendersonville (Tenn.) Beech running back Jalen Hurd, Norcross (Ga.) athlete Myles Autry, Chicago (Ill.) De La Salle four-star teammates Jamarco Jones and Mikale Wilbon, and Joliet (Ill.) Plainfield South linebacker Clifton Garrett.

The quarterback contingent is also with three of the Buckeyes' top targets at the position in Burlington (Ky.) Conner product Drew Barker, Washington (D.C.) St. John's product William Ulmer, and Toledo (Ohio) Central Catholic's DeShone Kizer.

Kizer helps headline a loaded group of in-state junior that includes Glenville trio Marcelys Jones, Marshon Lattimore, and Erick Smith. St. Ignatius duo Jimmy Byrne and Kyle Berger both hold Buckeye offers and both will be attendance on Saturday as well.

Check below for the full list of expected visitors and stay tuned to BuckeyeGrove.com throughout the weekend for updates on how these visitors enjoyed their time in Columbus.

Updated: Players with the white background were 'seen' at the game. That does not mean other players are not at Ohio Stadium, they were just not physically seen before the game. Reminder that there are 70-plus recruits here and it is impossible to see all of the players. We will add names of players that we did see and that did not make the list.

Sunday Update: We are adding more people to the list that we have confirmed that were at the game. There aer still several names we are tracking down but we will continue to update this list as need be.

If we confirm that a player did not show, rather than erase him we will just cross him out to show who did not make it.
